Finished the Red Scarf for my lovely niece. No fringe for this one, I had less than a yard of yarn left after I bound off.

Knit a cotton lace scarf for a graduation present. I still need to block and fringe it. I'm thinking of a simple macrame fringe for an old-timey look.

Knit a headband for a quickly upcoming birthday. I used Berroco Comfort DK yarn because I wanted it to be washable. It was okay, but I sure do like natural fibers better. The little strip above it is going to be a hair band. I'm planning to stitch black elastic to the back of it and sew on a snap, so it can be stretched around a bundle of hair and snapped closed. A matched set is so much spiffier than a single headband. I'm debating adding some color-coordinated beads to both. That had been the original plan, anyway, but I rather like them as they are.

My needles have been a clickin' and a clackin', but I'd better get on with the finishing touches.
